• Returns must include all accessories and original packaging;
• For claims not related to quality, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs;
• For quality-related claims, HUB Center will reimburse or cover return shipping costs.

30-Day Manufacturer's Warranty:
Our 30-day warranty offered by the manufacturer covers any manufacturing defects.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Covered products: All products;
• Warranty period: 30 days from receipt;
• Applicability: Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal and careful use;
• Purchased from: hubcenter.co or Amazon;
• Exclusions: Accidental or water damage, product loss;
• Options: One (1) replacement (refurbished or new unit).
Process:
• Ensure your product is registered for warranty within 30 days of delivery.
• If a defect is found and a valid claim is received, HUB Center will repair the product at no cost using new or refurbished parts, or replace it with a new or refurbished product.

• HUB Center will send you a prepaid shipping label for the defective item.
Additional Notes:
• Returns must include all accessories and original packaging;
• For warranty claims unrelated to quality, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs;
• For warranty claims related to quality, HUB Center will reimburse or cover return shipping costs;
• When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by us, HUB Center is responsible for any damages or losses incurred during transit;
• For returns due to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for any damages or losses during transit;
• HUB Center does not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping due to non-quality warranty claims.
How to Claim a Warranty:

HUB Center will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the defective item.
After receipt and inspection, HUB Center will send a replacement and notify you via email when it is dispatched.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
• Products without sufficient proof of purchase;
• Non-official or counterfeit HUB Center products;
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers;
• Items not registered within the required 30-day period;
• Items whose warranty period has expired;
• Accidental damage;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Water damage;
• Damage caused by operating the product outside of its intended use;
• Lost or stolen products;
• Free products.
